Liberty Broadband Completes GCI Liberty Spin-off

05:57 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Broadband ( LBRDA ) said late Monday it completed the spin-off of GCI Liberty, making both companies separately publicly traded.

The company said GCI Liberty's series A common stock and series C common stock will begin trading Tuesday on Nasdaq under the tickers GLIBA and GLIBK, respectively.

GCI Liberty's series B common stock has been approved for quotation on OTC Markets under the ticker GLIBB, with quoting expected to start on or around July 21.
