Liberty Broadband Plans Private Offering of Exchangeable Debentures

11:38 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Broadband ( LBRDA ) said Monday it plans to offer $500 million of senior debentures due 2054, exchangeable for Charter Communications ( CHTR ) class A shares, in a private offering.

The offering size may go up to $575 million if the initial buyers exercise in full their option to buy more debentures, Liberty said.

Liberty said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
