11:44 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Defense Holdings ( LDDFF ) which provides AI-based detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats, on Tuesday said it appointed Jason Burinescu as its new Executive Chairman, effective immediately.

He takes over from Daryl Rebeck, who is is stepping down after four years in the role.

Burinescu is a managing partner of Vision Equity Partner Solutions, an investment and advisory firm.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.01 to $1.90 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
