11:06 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Defense ( LDDFF ) on Thursday said it closed an overnight marketed offering of share units that raised $5 million.

The company said it sold 3.03-million units priced at $1.65 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $2.05.

Proceeds will be used for business development and marketing expansion.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $1.37 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
