Liberty Defense Holdings Raises $4.4 Million in LIFE Private Placement of Units; Shares down 4%

01:53 PM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Defense Holdings ( LDDFF ) on Tuesday said it raised $4.4 million in a listed issuer financing exemption (LIFE) non-brokered private placement of units.

The offering included 20-million units of the company priced at $0.22 each and made up of one share and a one-year warrant to buy a share for $0.35.

"These funds will enable us to accelerate the deployment of our HEXWAVE technology into more public environments and strategically position us to seize new opportunities with the rollout of our HD-AIT system later this year," said Chief Executive Bill Frain.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.23 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
