Liberty Energy Names Ron Gusek CEO, William Kimble Chairman

03:42 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Energy (LBRT) said late Monday it has appointed Ron Gusek chief executive officer.

It also named William Kimble as non-executive chairman of the board.

They succeed Chris Wright, Liberty's founder, chairman and chief executive, who has been confirmed as US Secretary of Energy, the company said.

Gusek has served as Liberty's president since 2016. Kimble has served on the board since 2018, the company said.
