06:11 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Gold ( LGDTF ) late on Thursday said it has appointed Jon Gilligan, president and former COO, as chief executive and board director, effective immediately.

Gilligan succeeds Cal Everett who has retired as CEO and did not stand for re-election as director at the company's annual general meeting.

Greg Etter is the newly appointed chair of Liberty Gold ( LGDTF ), succeeding Rob Pease.
