09:15 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Media ( LLYVB ) said Wednesday that it priced a public offering of 10.7 million shares of its series C Liberty Formula One shares at $77.50 per share for gross proceeds of around $825.4 million.

The company said it granted the underwriter an option to buy up to 1.6 million FWONK additional shares.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
