MotoGP is the commercial rights holder of the FIM MotoGP World Championship, Liberty said.

MotoGP refinanced a 975 million euro ($1.14 billion) term loan B maturing in 2029 with a new 800 million euro term loan B maturing in 2032, a 150 million euro term loan A maturing in 2028 with a new $232.5 million term loan A maturing in 2030, and a 100 million euro multi-currency revolving credit maturing in 2028 with a new 100 million euro multi-currency revolving credit facility maturing in 2030, Liberty said.

The net reduction of 125 million euros under the debt facilities was backed with cash from MotoGP, the company said.
