10:39 AM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lichen China ( LICN ) said Monday it completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Bondly Enterprises for $5.3 million.

Lichen previously said it initially acquired a 60% equity in Bondly Enterprises last year for $8 million.

Shares of Lichen fell more than 12% in recent trading.
