Li-Cycle Closes $75 Million Investment From Glencore

05:41 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Li-Cycle Holdings ( LICY ) said late Monday that an affiliate of Glencore has completed a $75 million investment in the company through the purchase of a senior secured convertible note.

The company said the five-year note is convertible into its shares at an initial conversion price of $0.53 per share.

Price: 0.9, Change: +0.04, Percent Change: +4.08
