01:38 PM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Li-Cycle Holdings' ( LICY ) shares fell 16% in recent trading Monday after the company said last week it entered into a deal to sell up to $75 million of common shares via an at-the-market equity offering program.

B. Riley Securities will act as Li-Cycle's ( LICY ) sales agent, or principal, for any offering from time to time under the program.

Li-Cycle Holdings ( LICY ) said it will decide the parameters for the sale, including any price, time or size limits, or other customary conditions.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
