Life Time Group Holdings Prices Common Stock Offering

04:24 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Life Time Group Holdings ( LTH ) said Monday it priced its underwritten public offering of 12 million common shares held by the company and certain existing stockholders at $21.75 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million common shares from the selling stockholders.

The offering is expected to close Wednesday.

The company said it plans to use its portion of the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of debt. It will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders.
