07:02 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Life Time Group Holdings ( LTH ) said Friday that it priced an underwritten secondary offering of 23 million shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of $699.2 million to the selling stockholders.

The offering is expected to close on Monday. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
