Life Time Group Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Revenue Guidance Lifted -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

07:14 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Life Time Group ( LTH ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.27 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $663.3 million, up from $558.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $659 million.

The health and wellness club network now expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $2.93 billion to $2.98 billion, compared with its previous outlook of $2.91 billion to $2.97 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.93 billion.

Life Time shares were up more than 6% in recent premarket activity.
