Life360 Closes $320 Million Offering of Convertible Senior Notes

05:02 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Life360 ( LIF ) said Thursday it closed a $320 million private offering of 0% convertible senior notes due 2030.

The offering represents the aggregate of an upsized offering of $275 million and the full exercise of a $45 million option to buy additional notes granted by Life360 ( LIF ) to the initial buyers of the notes, bringing the total to $320 million, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offering were about $308.9 million, Life360 ( LIF ) said.

The company said it used $33.7 million of the net proceeds to fund the cost of entering into capped call deals, and will use the rest for general corporate purposes.
