02:45 PM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Life360 ( LIF ) will invest $25 million in Aura, and the two companies enter a commercial agreement for key go-to-market channels, online safety provider Aura said Monday.

Aura said it will have an exclusive right to sell Life360 ( LIF ) as a bundled solution through its Employee Benefits channel under the strategic partnership.

Shares were up over 5% in recent trading.
