Lifecore Biomedical Amends, Extends Credit Facility

05:48 PM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lifecore Biomedical ( LFCR ) said late Tuesday it agreed with corporate banking services provider BMO to amend and extend its existing asset-based lending revolving credit facility by three years to November 2027.

The agreement simplifies and reduces interest rates in addition to providing flexibility, according to the company.
