Lifecore Biomedical Raises $24 Million From PIPE Offering

07:55 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lifecore Biomedical ( LFCR ) said Friday it has raised $24.3 million from the sale of about 5.9 million common shares priced at $4.10 per share in a private investment in public equity, or PIPE, offering.

Proceeds are expected to be used for working capital, operations and general corporate purposes.

The company said both new and existing shareholders participated in the offering.

Price: 4.6700, Change: -0.03, Percent Change: -0.74
