08:15 AM EDT, 06/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lifecore Biomedical ( LFCR ) said Tuesday it has signed a manufacturing services agreement with an undisclosed provider of ophthalmic disease management solutions.

Under the terms of the deal, Lifecore Biomedical ( LFCR ) will perform process development and technical transfer services to support the anticipated commercial manufacturing upon regulatory approval, the company said.

Financial details related to the agreement were not provided.
