09:03 AM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LifeMD ( LFMD ) said Monday it has acquired key assets from Optimal Human Health MD, a virtual health care provider for women.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

LifeMD ( LFMD ) said the acquisition marks its entry into the women's health market with the offering expected to launch on its platform this summer.

LifeMD ( LFMD ) said it will absorb Optimal's nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and patient care staff along with Doug Lucas, the physician who founded the company.

Shares of LifeMD ( LFMD ) were down more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
