05:31 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LifeSpeak ( LSPKF ) after trade Monday said its fourth-quarter loss widened slightly as revenue fell year-over-year.
The company reported adjusted loss. excluding most one-time items of $2.58 million, or $0.04 per share, in the period, compared with a loss of $2.36 million, or $0.05, a year ago. FactSet expected a loss of $0.04.
Revenue fell 9% to $11.78 million from $12.95 million in the year-ago quarter. FactSet consensus was $11.7 million.
Annual Recurring Revenue was $45 million, a 12% decrease compared to the same time in 2023. Of this amount, $38.5 million, or 86%, came from enterprise clients, and 68% came from clients outside of Canada, the company said.
"We continue to experience headwinds with this challenging macro-economic climate, but are remaining steadfast in our ability to generate substantial adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization," Chief Executive Michael Held said.
