LifeStance Health Discloses Secondary Public Offering

04:40 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LifeStance Health ( LFST ) said late Tuesday that some selling shareholders plan to offer 20 million of its shares.

Underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 3 million shares, the company said.

LifeStance said it's not selling any shares and won't receive any proceeds.
