06:04 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lifeward ( LFWD ) said Wednesday it closed its previously announced partnership with Oramed Pharmaceuticals ( ORMP ) , including the acquisition of Oratech Pharma, a subsidiary of Oramed.

The company said the agreement gives it access to up to $47 million in capital from Oramed and certain investors, of which it has already accessed $10 million.

Shares of Lifeward ( LFWD ) fell 3.5% in after-hours trading.
