12:14 PM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lifeward ( LFWD ) said Friday that its shareholders approved the share issuance related to closing of its previously announced partnership deal with Oramed Pharmaceuticals ( ORMP ) , giving Lifeward ( LFWD ) with potential access to up to $47 million in capital.

The company said the potential capital will come from an investment from Oramed and another investor.

The partnership deal stipulates Oramed's acquisition of a significant stake in Lifeward ( LFWD ) through a combination of common shares and pre-funded warrants, Lifeward ( LFWD ) said, without disclosing specific amounts.
