08:42 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Li-FT Power ( LIFFF ) on Thursday agreed to acquire the Shorty West lithium claim in Canada's Northwest Territories from Infinity Stone Ventures ( GEMSF ) .

Li-FT will issue 12,000 shares to pay for Shorty West, which is adjacent to the company's flagship Yellowknife lithium project.

The deal's close is subject to TSXV approval.

Li-FT's share price closed at $2.78 yesterday on the TSXV.
