08:57 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Li-FT Power ( LIFFF ) reported the latest assays from 12 drill holes at the Yellowknife lithium project in Canada's Northwest Territories, intersecting "significant intervals" of spodumene mineralization.
Highlights include 35 meters grading 1.32% lithium oxide at the Shorty pegmatite, 11 meters at 1.16% lithium oxide at the Ki pegmatite, and 12 meters at 0.82% lithium oxide at the Echo pegmatite.
"This new information extends high grade mineralization for a total of 400 meters on surface at Short, emphasizing the dyke's potential to deliver significant high-grade tonnes from surface," said Dave Smithson, Li-FT's senior vice president of geology.
Li-FT's share price fell 3.1% to $4.02 yesterday.
