Light & Wonder Approves $1 Billion Share Repurchase Program

05:46 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Light & Wonder ( LNW ) said Thursday its board approved a new three-year program for the repurchase of up to $1 billion in outstanding common shares.

The new program will run through June 12, 2027, according to the company.

The company said it exhausted in full the previous $750 million share buyback program.

Shares of Light & Wonder ( LNW ) were up nearly 3% in after-hours activity.

Price: 94.95, Change: +2.60, Percent Change: +2.82
