04:31 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Light & Wonder ( LNW ) said Wednesday its unit Light and Wonder International has completed a private offering of $1 billion of 6.25% senior unsecured notes due 2033.

Net proceeds will be used to repay all outstanding debt under the unit's revolving credit facility, redeem all $700 million of the unit's 7% senior unsecured notes due 2028, the company said, adding any remaining net proceeds will be for general corporate purposes, which may include share buybacks.
