06:58 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lightbridge ( LTBR ) said Tuesday that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Oklo ( OKLO ) to consider co-locating a Lightbridge ( LTBR ) commercial-scale nuclear fuel fabrication facility at Oklo's ( OKLO ) proposed commercial fuel fabrication facility and to explore collaboration in recycling nuclear waste.

Lightbridge ( LTBR ) President and Chief Executive Seth Grae said the co-location proposal "could offer significant synergies in terms of upfront capital expenditures and ongoing operating costs."
