LightInTheBox Names Zhi Yan Chairman

09:55 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LightInTheBox ( LITB ) said Tuesday it named Zhi Yan as board chairman and director, effective Aug. 26.

The retailer said Yan succeeds Jian He, who will continue as a director and the company's chief executive officer.

Yan serves as the CEO and board chair at Zall Smart Commerce Group, board chair and non-executive director at Wuhan Hanshang Group and an independent director on the board of DouYu International, the company said.

Shares of LightInTheBox ( LITB ) were up more than 33% in recent Tuesday trading.
