Lightspeed Commerce's Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Net Income, Revenue Rise

08:25 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lightspeed Commerce ( LSPD ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net income Thursday of $0.12 per diluted share, up from $0.08 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $280.1 million, up from $239.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $282.8 million.

The cloud commerce company updated its 2025 revenue growth forecast to "approximately 20%" from its prior outlook of "at least" 20%.

Lightspeed said it now expects adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization to be more than $53 million, compared with its previous guidance for a minimum of $50 million.

Lightspeed shares were 8% lower in premarket trading.
