07:14 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lightspeed Commerce ( LSPD ) on Tuesday said market platform Mandatory has partnered with its global B2B commerce platform NuORDER to offer a trade show in Copenhagen on Jan. 28-30, 2025.
The trade show will run in tandem with Mandatory's in-person event in Copenhagen and will provide an opportunity for brands to share a preview of their collections ahead of the event.
In addition to partnering on the launch of the digital trade show, buyers including Rinascente Peek and Cloppenburg, Illum, Highsnobiety and Slam Jam, who are part of the NuORDER by Lightspeed network, will be attending the in-person trade show.
"We aim to provide a 360-degree partnership for brands, helping them connect with relevant buyers globally," said Chris Akrimi, head of B2B at Lightspeed. "This integration sets new standards for collaboration, ensuring that brands and retailers can expand their networks, grow their businesses, and deepen their partnerships."
Lightspeed's share price at last look fell 1.7% to US$15.95 in US pre-market trading on Tuesday.
