07:27 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lightwave Logic ( LWLG ) said Friday it entered into a strategic partnership with sales and distribution firm Photonteck in a bid to expand its sales network in Asia.

Lightwave said it aims to leverage Photonteck's optical industry presence in China and customer relationships in the AI and datacenter ecosystem.

The company's shares were up 3.3% in premarket activity on Friday.
