05:48 PM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lilium (LILM) said it filed a registration statement related to the secondary offering from time to time by Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) of up to about 6.15 million class A ordinary shares.

The company said in a preliminary prospectus that it is not selling any shares in the proposed offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale by the selling security holder.

Shares of the company slipped 1.3% in after-hours activity.
