07:47 AM EDT, 06/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neutron Holdings, operating as Lime, said Monday that it filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of nearly 7 million common shares.
The shared micromobility firm said it plans to offer about 6.7 million shares, while existing stockholders will offer 276,731 shares.
Lime also plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 million additional shares at the IPO price.
Lime expects the IPO price to be between $24 and $26 per share. The company has applied to list the shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "LIME."
