05:32 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Limoneira ( LMNR ) said late Wednesday it has signed definitive agreements to form a 50/50 joint venture with organics waste recycler, California Wood Recycling, doing business as Agromin.

The joint venture will develop a 70-acre commercial composting center on Limoneira ( LMNR ) property in Santa Paula, California. The facility will expand from the current 15-acre green waste composting operation into an organic recycling center processing about 295,000 tons of organic waste per year, the company said.

Limoneira ( LMNR ) said the facility is expected to become operational in H2 of fiscal 2027.
