03:29 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lindblad Expeditions ( LIND ) said Tuesday it has priced terms of a previously announced cash tender offer for 6.75% senior secured notes due 2027 that were issued by its unit.

The expedition travel company said the total consideration for the notes validly tendered and accepted for purchase before the deadline on Monday, is $1,009.98 per $1,000 principal amount. It included an early tender payment of $30.

The holders who tender their notes after the early deadline but on or before the expiration time on Sept. 3 will be eligible to receive $979.98 per $1,000 principal amount, it added.

Shares were up 1% in recent afternoon trading.
