Lindsay Closes Acquisition of Minority Stake in Pessl Instruments

07:12 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lindsay (LNN) said Monday it has closed the acquisition of a 49.9% minority stake in Pessl Instruments.

The irrigation-and-infrastructure equipment manufacturer, which had agreed to make the investment in April 2024, said it also has an option to buy the remaining stake in Pessl at a later date.
