Lineage Unit Plans Senior Notes Offering

10:55 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lineage (LINE) said Tuesday its unit Lineage Operating Partnership plans to offer senior notes in a private placement.

The company plans to use the new proceeds to repay outstanding debts under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.

Shares were up 2.7% in recent trading.

Price: 46.46, Change: +1.17, Percent Change: +2.57
