Linkage Global Receives Nasdaq Non-Compliance Notice Over Minimum Share Price

11:31 AM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Linkage Global ( LGCB ) said Wednesday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq as its share price has closed below the $1 minimum threshold needed to maintain its listing on the exchange for 30 trading sessions in a row.

The notification has no immediate impact on the e-commerce company's stock listing or trading of shares.

Under Nasdaq rules, Linkage Global ( LGCB ) has until April 29 to lift its share price to $1 or above and regain compliance. The exchange can also choose to provide the company with an additional six months to resolve the current price deficiency, Linkage said.

Linkage shares recently were down over 15% in late-morning trade on Wednesday.
