Linkers Industries Closes $7.6 Million IPO

11:24 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Linkers Industries ( LNKS ) said Friday it closed the initial public offering of 1.9 million class A shares at $4 per share, for gross proceeds of $7.6 million.

Underwriters were given a 45-day option to buy up to 285,000 more shares, the company said.

The shares started trading on Nasdaq on Thursday, Linkers said.
