10:38 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Linkers Industries (LNKS) said Thursday it priced the initial public offering of 1.9 million class A ordinary shares at $4 apiece.

The company said it granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 285,000 class A ordinary shares.

The class A ordinary shares are expected to start trading on Nasdaq Capital Market on Thursday, the company said.

Linkers said it expects to close the offering on Friday and plans to use the net proceeds to acquire companies, form joint ventures, purchase machinery and equipment, promote marketing, set up global sales offices and fund working capital.
