Liquidia files litigation challenging regulatory exclusivity for rival's inhaled drug

Aug 22 (Reuters) - Liquidia Corp ( LQDA ) said on

Thursday that it has filed litigation in the U.S. District Court

of the District of Columbia that challenges the recent decision

by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to grant three-year

exclusivity to United Therapeutics' ( UTHR ) inhaled drug for a

type of lung disorder.
