Liquidia Gets $50 Million From Healthcare Royalty

05:07 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liquidia ( LQDA ) said late Monday it has received an additional $50 million under an amendment to its financing agreement with Healthcare Royalty.

The payment came after the US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina denied United Therapeutics' request for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order in its complaint filed against Liquidia ( LQDA ) and the first commercial sale of Yutrepia inhalation powder.

Liquidia ( LQDA ) said it has now received $175 million of the $200 million in total potential funding.
