Lithia & Driveway Acquires Porsche Beverly Hills and Audi Santa Monica

05:59 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithia & Driveway (LAD) said Tuesday it has acquired Porsche Beverly Hills and Audi Santa Monica.

The acquisitions are expected to add about $450 million in annualized revenue, the company said.

Lithia & Driveway said the acquisitions were financed using existing on-balance sheet capacity.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
