06:49 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithia & Driveway (LAD), a US automotive retailer, said Tuesday that it has acquired Palm Beach Acura, West Palm Beach Hyundai, and West Palm Beach Genesis.

The addition brings Lithia & Driveway's total year-to-date expected annualized revenue to $620 million, the company said, adding that the acquisition was financed with existing on-balance sheet capacity.

The company said the acquisitions increase density and brand mix of luxury and import in the Southeast region.
