09:45 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithia & Driveway (LAD) said Tuesday it has acquired the Anaheim Hyundai, Huntington Beach Hyundai, and Garden Grove Hyundai dealerships in Orange County, California.

Financial details of the acquisitions weren't disclosed, though the company noted the acquisitions were financed using existing on-balance sheet capacity, and cost less than 10% of revenues.

Shares of the company were down nearly 4% in recent Tuesday trading.
