11:52 AM EDT, 05/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lithium Africa's ( LTAFF ) shares are now trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol "LTAFF", the company said on Thursday.

The company's shares will remain trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbols "LAF" & "6MQ".

"Lithium Africa ( LTAFF ) is still a young company, and a big part of what we're doing right now is getting out there and telling our story," said chief executive Tyron Breytenbach. "The OTCQB listing opens the door to U.S. investors and provides a transparent way for them to participate in what we're building across the African lithium belt, alongside our shareholders in Canada and Europe."

The company's shares were last seen down $0.02 at $1.78 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
