Sep 25, 2025 4:58 AM

07:30 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithium Chile ( LTMCF ) said overnight Wednesday that it upsized its previously announced private placement to $7 million from $6.5 million, citing strong market demand.

The company's offering now comprises up to 14 million units priced at $0.50 apiece.

Lithium Chile ( LTMCF ) also granted agents an overallotment option of up to an additional 1,950,000 units at the same price for up to $975,000 in proceeds.

Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant. Each warrant can be exercised at $0.70 per share for five years.

This marks the second increase of the offering, which was initially set at $5 million.

Lithium Chile ( LTMCF ) plans to use the proceeds to advance its properties in Argentina and Chile, for general and administrative expenses, and for working capital purposes.

The offering is expected to close Oct. 7.

Lithium Chile ( LTMCF ) traded at near 52-week lows of $0.47 per share on the TSX Venture Exchange.
